Guest shuttles from $120 an hour with a coordinator on the day, and published airport fares for everyone flying in. One operator, our own vehicles, no broker in the middle.
Get a wedding quoteWedding transport is usually two problems that get muddled together, and they price differently because they are not the same work.
Getting guests in is an airport transfer. Interstate guests landing at Gold Coast or Brisbane Airport want a fixed fare to the venue or their accommodation, and every suburb is already published — nothing to quote, nothing to negotiate. Send them the price list and they can book themselves.
Moving everyone on the day is a charter. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you for a block of hours — ceremony, photos, reception, and the run back to the accommodation at the end. That is charged hourly from $120, not per trip, because the value is the vehicle being there rather than the distance covered.
Published one-way fares, per vehicle, GST and tolls included. These are the areas we are most often asked for.

| Sanctuary Cove | $145 | $305 | $210 | $420 |

| Byron Bay / Bangalow | $220 | $425 | $450 | $810 |
Bangalow, Suffolk Park, Broken Head and Ewingsdale are priced the same as Byron Bay — a Bangalow property costs no more than the town. All 421 destinations are on the full fare list. Larger parties: our 18-seat mini coach is quoted per job — ask on the charter page.
Tell your Byron guests to fly into Gold Coast. It is $220 a car from OOL against $450 from Brisbane, and $425 against $810 for a Sprinter of fourteen. On a wedding with guests arriving across two days, that difference adds up faster than almost anything else you will decide. More on Byron Bay transfers.
From $120 per hour, with a dedicated coordinator for the day. The Sprinter 14-seater is our most-booked wedding vehicle — fourteen guests per run, which for most weddings means two or three loops rather than a convoy of cars. For forty or more moving at once, the 53-seat coach does it in one.
What the coordinator is actually for: weddings run late. Photos overrun, the celebrant is slow, the bridal party is not where the schedule says. A chauffeur on a fixed transfer has a next job; a chartered vehicle with a coordinator absorbs the drift and re-times the loops without anyone at the reception knowing there was a problem. That is the difference you are paying for, and it is worth being clear about rather than selling it as luxury.
Vehicle specifications, capacities and the quote form are on the charters page.
A large share of Gold Coast weddings happen up the range — Tamborine Mountain, Springbrook, Beechmont, Numinbah Valley — and those roads are the reason to book a vehicle rather than hope guests self-drive.
They are narrow, winding and unlit after dark, parking at a hinterland property is usually a paddock, and guests who have had a drink should not be on them at 11pm. A single Sprinter doing two runs solves an entire category of problem that otherwise lands on you at the end of the night.
Practical note for the day: give us the venue's actual access point, not just the address. Hinterland properties frequently have a gate that is not the house, a steep unsealed driveway a coach cannot use, or a drop-off paddock several hundred metres from the ceremony. We would rather know a week out than work it out at 3pm with fourteen guests aboard.
Quotes are free, fixed once confirmed, and come back fast. Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable for most dates; peak wedding season and school holidays want longer, because the Sprinters go first.
We run Mercedes V-Class, Sprinters and a 53-seat coach — chauffeur-driven and our own fleet. We do not operate vintage or novelty wedding cars. If you want a classic car for the couple and a bus for the guests, we are happy to run alongside whoever supplies it.
Yes, and it often makes sense. Airport arrivals are published fares booked individually; the wedding day is an hourly charter. Book them together and we will schedule around each other rather than double-allocating a vehicle.
On an hourly charter the vehicle stays with you and the coordinator re-times the runs. Additional hours beyond the booked block are charged at the hourly rate, and we will tell you on the day rather than surprise you on an invoice.
Fourteen in a Sprinter, eighteen in the mini coach, or 53 in the full-size coach. Larger weddings run multiple vehicles timed together, which is also how we handle an accommodation pick-up spread across several hotels.
No. There is no surge, no weekend loading and no after-hours rate on anything we run. A Saturday night wedding is priced the same as a Tuesday.
Yes, and for most weddings that is easier than you coordinating it. Send them the price list — every suburb is published, so they book themselves and you are not fielding flight times for forty people.
Date, guest numbers, addresses and times. The quote is free, it is fixed once confirmed, and there is no weekend or after-hours loading on any of it.
