On an hourly booking, yes. The same chauffeur stays with you for the block, which is the point of booking that way. On separate point-to-point trips we allocate whoever is free and properly rested, and you get their name and mobile number before each pick-up.
Yes. Approved companies are invoiced monthly with a GST tax invoice for every trip, so expense claims and cost centres stay tidy. Travel agents and DMCs book through the partner portal instead and earn commission on completed trips.
