Every fare we run is published by suburb and vehicle, so a booking is a known cost the moment it is made. There is no surge, no after-hours loading and no peak-hour premium — which means a 6am departure to BNE and a 2pm one cost the same, and nobody has to explain a variance.

Accounts and billing

• Monthly invoicing for approved accounts, so bookings do not need a card each time and nobody is out of pocket waiting on an expense claim.
• A GST tax invoice on every completed trip, issued automatically — ready for expense reporting and BAS without anyone photographing a docket.
• Cost centre or reference on the booking, so the invoice line matches the project, matter or client it belongs to.
• Card payment per trip if you would rather not open an account. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed by Stripe.

Client and visitor pick-ups

A car waiting inside arrivals with your visitor's name on the board is a small thing that lands well, and it is the same fare as sending anyone else. Your chauffeur's name and mobile number go to whoever you nominate before the day, and flight tracking means a delayed inbound is handled without your office fielding a phone call about it.

International arrivals at Brisbane Airport get 60 minutes of free waiting after landing rather than the usual 30, so a client held up at immigration is not a cost to you.

Conferences, roadshows and crew movements

Group work is where the per-vehicle pricing does the most work. Fourteen delegates from Brisbane Airport to the CBD is $255 for one Sprinter — about $19 a head, arriving together, on one invoice line.

Larger movements run as multiple vehicles timed to arrive as one group, and for anything beyond that we operate a 53-seat coach. Multi-day roadshows and as-directed work — where the vehicle and chauffeur stay with the party for a block of hours — are quoted hourly rather than per transfer. Both are on the charters page.

Questions from account holders

How do we open an account?

Apply through the partner and corporate page or call +61 481 437 772. We need the entity name, a billing contact and a rough monthly volume. Approval is usually same or next business day.

Can different staff book on the same account?

Yes. Multiple bookers can sit under one account with a single monthly invoice, with each trip carrying its own passenger name and reference.

What happens if a meeting runs over and the flight changes?

Changes are free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Inside 24 hours, call the 24/7 line — for account holders we will move it where a vehicle is free, and dispatch would always rather know early.

Do you charge waiting time at the office rather than the airport?

Non-airport pick-ups include 15 minutes free. Beyond that, waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the vehicle rate. If a pick-up routinely runs late, book it as hourly charter instead — it is usually cheaper and removes the argument entirely.

Is there a discount for volume?

Published fares are the same for everyone, which is the point of publishing them. What accounts get is invoicing terms, vouchers and commission on completed trips for travel agents and DMCs. Talk to us about volume and we will be straight with you about what is available.
