The staff Christmas party is the one night of the year nobody should be driving. One vehicle takes the whole team there and home again, at a fixed price agreed in writing and on one invoice for the company.

• Mercedes V-Class for small teams of up to 6.
• Mercedes Sprinters with 10, 14 or 18 seats for most office parties.
• The King Long 53-seat coach when the whole company goes together.
• Bigger groups travel in several vehicles, timed to arrive together.

What it costs

Half a day covers most parties. The driver, fuel, tolls and GST are all in the price, and there is no after-hours or late-night surcharge.

How it works

1. Send us the date, headcount, pick-up points, venue and finish time.
2. We reply with a fixed written price, usually within the hour.
3. Confirm, and the company gets one invoice. Your chauffeur's details come before pick-up.

Book early

The Christmas season books out. There are only so many Sprinters and one coach, and the Friday and Saturday nights in late November and December go first. Once you have a date, ask for a quote and we will hold the vehicle for you.

Corporate accounts

Companies that book with us through the year can have an account: one invoice, monthly billing for approved accounts and a GST tax invoice for every trip. How corporate accounts work.

Questions

How far ahead should we book Christmas party transport?

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday nights in late November and December go first, because there are only so many Sprinters and one coach.

Can you pick up from several places?

Yes. Tell us every pick-up point when you ask for a quote and we will build the route into the fixed price.

Is the price per person?

No. It is per vehicle, with GST and tolls included, so it does not climb every time somebody else says yes.

Can we pay on invoice?

Yes. The company receives one invoice with a GST tax invoice for the books, and approved accounts are billed monthly.

What if the party runs late?

Late finishes are fine. There is no after-hours or late-night surcharge, and the price we quote covers the night you describe to us.

What is the biggest vehicle?

A King Long 53-seat coach. Groups over 53 travel in several vehicles timed together.
