Airport groups. The commonest job we do. Brisbane Airport to the CBD is 14.6 km and about twenty minutes, $180 in the Sprinter 10 and $255 in the 14 — roughly $18 a head with ten travelling. We track the flight, so a delay moves the pick-up rather than costing you a no-show, and the driver meets you inside arrivals with a name board.
Cruise days at Pinkenba. The Brisbane International Cruise Terminal is a fixed door-to-ship fare, the airport fare plus $25, and a minibus means the whole party and the whole pile of luggage move in one go. Ship arrivals are tracked the same way flights are.
Conferences and work functions. Hotel to venue and back, often late. One tax invoice per trip, monthly accounts if you book regularly, and no-one in the group has to drive or stay off the drinks. Christmas party season books out early.
Down to the Gold Coast. Brisbane Airport to Surfers Paradise is 84.7 km, a bit over an hour, $400 in the Sprinter 10. Split ten ways that is $40 each for a door-to-door run with luggage, which is where a minibus stops competing with the train and starts competing with convenience.
