Get an event quoteGetting to an event is easy. Twenty people can drive themselves, park across three car parks and meet at the gate. The problem is four hours later, when half of them have had a drink and the car park is gridlocked and somebody is quietly working out whether they are under.
An event charter removes that decision entirely. The vehicle that dropped you off is the vehicle that takes you home, the chauffeur has been waiting, and nobody is doing mental arithmetic about standard drinks in a stadium car park at eleven at night.
Everywhere else on this site we publish a fixed fare by suburb. An event is different, and it is worth being straight about why.
Events are charged as an hourly charter: the vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group for a block of hours rather than being paid per trip. That is what makes the wait and the return leg possible in the first place. Driver, fuel, tolls and GST are all inside the quoted figure.

One charge we do add, and you should hear it from us. Charter pick-ups between 11pm and 5am carry $50. Events finish late, so that will often apply to your run home. It is the only loading anywhere in our pricing — published airport fares carry none at any hour, including 3am. We would rather put it on the page than on the invoice.

If part of your group is arriving by plane, that leg is not a charter — it is an ordinary published airport fare, fixed by suburb before you book. Send interstate guests the price list and they can sort themselves out.

Event transport is an hourly charter rather than a published fare. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group for a block of hours, so you are not paying per trip and the return leg is already covered. A half day is up to four hours and a full day up to eight, with driver, fuel, tolls and GST included.
Yes. Charter pick-ups between 11pm and 5am carry a $50 after-hours charge. This is the one part of our pricing that does carry a loading — published airport fares never do, at any hour. We would rather tell you now than put it on the invoice.
Up to 14 in a Sprinter, 18 in the mini coach and 53 in the luxury coach. Larger groups run as multiple vehicles timed to arrive together, which is how we handle corporate boxes, sporting clubs and whole wedding parties heading on to a concert.
Water and soft drinks are fine. For alcohol, Queensland rules apply and it depends on the vehicle and the occasion, so ask when you book and we will confirm what is possible for your charter rather than guess.
The chauffeur waits. That is the point of chartering rather than booking two separate trips — encores run long, sport goes to extra time, and a vehicle already paid for through that block is not going to leave without you.

Flying in for an event means the airport run is priced by suburb before you book — the Gold Coast Convention Centre at Broadbeach is $110 from Gold Coast Airport, and Brisbane Entertainment Centre at Boondall is $85 from Brisbane Airport.
