Get your fixed priceSea World is the only one of the big parks on the coast itself, out on The Spit north of Main Beach, and the only one that is genuinely close to Surfers Paradise — about 12 minutes. From Gold Coast Airport it is 36 km, about 47 minutes, up the Gold Coast Highway; from Brisbane Airport it is 89 km, about 1 h 8 min. The sedan fares are $125 and $245.
Because it is so close to the main hotel strip, Sea World is the park where a short point-to-point fare does the job: $80 from Surfers Paradise and $80–85 from Broadbeach in a sedan. Staying further south, Burleigh is about half an hour and Coolangatta closer to 50 minutes.
