Toowoomba to Brisbane Airport is the Warrego Highway down the range, across the Lockyer Valley to Ipswich, then the motorways to the Gateway or the Airport Link tunnel — around two hours outside peak, with every toll inside the fare. The Toowoomba Bypass keeps the trucks off the range road, but winter fog on the range is real and we allow for it in the pick-up time we recommend.
Most of our Toowoomba work is early departures from Brisbane: a 6am international flight means a pick-up before 3am, and the fare is the same as at midday. On the way home we track the flight, so a late arrival costs you nothing, and the driver meets you inside the terminal with a name board.
