The two terminals are two kilometres apart. Here is how your driver ends up at the right one, how long they wait, and what to tell us if you are connecting.

Brisbane Airport is not one building. The domestic and international terminals are separate, about two kilometres apart, and connected by the Airtrain. It catches people out more than almost anything else about flying into Brisbane: a driver at the domestic kerb is no use to someone standing in international arrivals.
The fix is simple. Give us your flight number when you book. It tells us which terminal you are landing at or leaving from, and your chauffeur goes to that building — not texting you from the other end of the airport.
International arrivals get 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, rather than the usual 30. That is deliberate. Immigration, baggage and biosecurity at Brisbane regularly take longer than an hour when a full widebody lands, and you should not be paying for a queue you did not choose to stand in.
We track the flight, so a late arrival moves the pick-up automatically. Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board, and you have their name and mobile number before you land. Arriving at 11pm costs exactly what arriving at lunchtime does — there is no after-hours loading.
Domestic arrivals get 30 minutes of free waiting from touchdown, which is usually plenty to reach the carousel and collect a bag. Same name board, same advance driver details, same flight tracking.
Landing internationally and flying on domestically, or the reverse? Tell us both flight numbers when you book. The transfer between terminals is short, but its timing is what decides where and when we should be, and dispatch would much rather know than guess.
The same rule runs in reverse: the flight number decides the drop-off door. International departures generally ask you to arrive earlier than domestic ones, so the pick-up time from the same address moves earlier too. When we confirm, we recommend a pick-up time worked back from your flight. From the Gold Coast, see what time to leave.
